Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Procurement Service Center (PSC) for the Center for Scientific Review (CSR) is extending the response period for Solicitation Number NHLBI-2004-PS(CSR)-103B from July 6, 2004 to July 9, 2004.THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals and submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This survey is subsequent to an initial survey posted in FedBizOps on June 21, 2004 under reference number NHLBI-2004-PS(CSR)-103. Firms that have submitted general capability information in response to the initial sources sought notice need not resubmit their capability statement unless the firm desires to submit additional information to best reflect their capability as it relates to requirement information contained in this notice.
