Description

The USDA, Agaricultural Research Service, Arthropod-Borne Animal Diseases Research Laboratory, Laramie, Wyoming, requires one new Automated Workstation for the Purification of DNA or RNA from Various Tissue Types and Tissue Disruption/Homogenization Unit. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-032-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JULY 16, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-032-82HW-04, which will be available on or about July 2, 2004. The anticipated award date is July 23, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
