Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award using FAR part 12 a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Telos Corporation of Ashburn, VA. for the logical follow on work and upgrades to the current Defense Message System (DMS). Upgrade services will be performed at the Headquarters, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to the existing DMS and to provide two DMS compliant Automated Message Handling Systems (AMHS) at the DTRA alternate site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All inquiries must be submitted in writing by pdf. format to the attention of Ms. Rachel Cole, Contract Specialist via e-mail rachel.cole@dtra.mil by noon (EST) July 6, 2004.
