Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has a requirement for one full-time contractor to serve as a program manager for the Intelligence Community Regional Specialist Program (ICRSP), where the individual will manage multiple professional development programs, which includes, but is not limited to, coordination of participant selection process, updating policy and procedures; execution of program deliverables, and program evaluation. The proposed program manager must hold a Top Secret/SCI level clearance. All responses should reference PR 240/0065Z/04. The procurement will be for a base year and 2 one-year option periods. Interested parties have 10 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their request for a copy of the RFQ.
