Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20030331. The associated NAICS code is 334310 and SIC Code is 3651 with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a brand specific purchase equals will not be accepted. The ElectrophysicsAstroScope 9350YS-XL1; ElectrophysicsAviation Central Intensifier Unit. Must convert film and digital cameras and camcorders into nighttime image capture system. Mechanical and electronic compatibility must ensure seamless integration of image intensifiers with existing cameras and lenses. The image intensifier must be powered directly from the camera with lens stabilization retained. Must transition from daytime operation to nighttime operations without complications that may compromise operation. Must include USB 2.0 digital interface providing real time digital output, on camera control panel and gen lock input. Must be compatible with Velocity a real time image analysis software application. In addition must include a library of LabView and C++ drivers to enable the integration of the PV-320 into OEM systems.
