- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice regarding construction of the Line 3010, St. Francis River Floodway crossing upgrade. Work will include but not be limited to two (2) A-Frame Anchor Structures, Drilled Pier Foundations, eight (8) Concrete Pole Transmission Structures, Re-Installation of Conductors and Shield Wires and other work as stated in the statement of work. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Contract Specialist for this project is Diana Pickel, (918) 595-6669, diana.pickel@swpa.gov. Location of Work: The location of this project is near the St. Francis River, on the west side of the river's flood plain in Clay County, Arkansas to the east side of the St. Frnacis river's flood plain in Kennet, Dunklin County Missouri. Tentative dates: Invitation for Bid to be posted on 16 Jul 2004. A site vist will be held, questions relating to the IFB will be taken and a Pre-Bid Conference will be held at a date to be determined. The bid opening will take place on 16 Aug 2004. Drawings will be issued with solicitation. This acquisition is unrestricted and will be solicited on a full and open basis. There will be no charges for solicitation documents.
