- RA041750020000, NSN 1560-01-126-9457, Air Structural Panel IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Dwg P/N 70302-02163-106. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. An ?Export Control? Technical Data Package (TDP exists for this NSN. Technical Data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is HTTP://WWW.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD (all lower case). This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and four option years. Base year quantity is 484 and option years quantity is 260 each. There is a Contractor First Article Test required and a surge requirement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery is 112 days ARO or best delivery at FOB Destination. Notes 1, 8 and 26 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded a definite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
