- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITION HC1021-04-Q-0100 FOR FLAT PANEL MONITORS. THE REQUIREMENT SPECIFYING DELL 18-IN. ULTRASHARP 1801 FP AND DELL 20-IN. ULTRASHARP 2001 FP HAS BEEN REMOVED AND IS REPLACED WITH THE DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS (SEE ATTACHMENT ENTITLED FP MONITOR SPECS). ONE HUDNRED THIRTY FIVE (135) MONITORS ARE REQUESTED PRICED IN THE FOLLOWING CONFIGURATIONS: A. ONE HUNDRED (100) 18-IN AND THIRTY FIVE (35) 20-IN. B. ONE HUDNRED THIRTY FIVE (135) 20-IN. C. SIXTY-FIVE (65) 18-IN. AND SEVENTY (70) 20-IN. ALL OTHER CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AS STATED IN THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION BELOW. OFFERS ARE DUE VIA E-MAIL TO TIFFANY STUCK at STUCKT@NCR.DISA.MIL NO LATER THAN 1600 CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME (CET), 8 JULY 04. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) HC1021-04-Q-0100. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-22. This RFQ is issued under fill and open competition. In addition, quotes based on existing GSA related contracts are acceptable, on which the GSA schedule/contract number and expiration date shall appear on the quote. NAICA code 334119 is applicable for this requirement. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: DISA EUROPE has a requirement for ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE (135) FLAT PANEL MONITORS. Please provide pricing for both of the following configurations: A. ONE HUNDRED (100) 18-IN. DELL ULTRASHARP 1801 FP AND THIRTY FIVE (35) 20-IN. DELL ULTRASHARP 2001 FP. B. ONE HUDNRED THIRTY FIVE (135) 20-IN. DELL ULTRASHARP 2001 FP. ALL MONITORS MUST BE 110-120 VAC, 60 HZ (US STANDARD), AND INCLUDE POWER CORDS AND ALL APPLICABLE CABLES. DELIVERY: Monitors shall be delivered in Blocks of 40 Each, with delivery every 7 days until all 135 Monitors have been delivered, in order to facilitate their installation and minimize storage requirements. Delivery shall be to U.S. Postal System Address: DISA-EUROPE, ATTN: MSG ALESSI (DSN 434-5007), UNIT 30403, BUILDING 2341, APO AE 09131 or commercial ADDRESS: DISA-EUROPE, ATTN: MSG ALESSI (DSN 434-5007), BUILDING 2341, PATCH BARRACKS, 70569, STUTTGART, GERMANY by (Provide delivery date as the number of days after receipt of order with quote) as FOB DESTINATION. Award shall be made based on LOWEST PRICE. The following clauses are applicable to open market quotes: FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 and 52.212-3 shall not apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition -- 52.212-5(B): The following additional FAR Clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36 AND 52.222-37. These additional clauses are applicable for open market quotes: DFARS 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, 252.212-7001(B), 252.225-7001 and 252.225-7012. DPAS: NOT APPLICABLE. The Contractor must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (reference Web site: www.ccr.gov) as mandated by FAR 52.204-7 (Required Central Contractor Registration) and DFARS 252.204-7004 (Alternate A). After the Contractor has registered and been accepted, it will be recognized as a DOD Trading Partner (TP), and eligible to conduct business with DISA/DITCO. DISA/DITCO?s intention is that, when it is fully capable of transmitting and receiving EDI transactions, DISA/DITCO will conduct business via EDI, to the extent that it is practical.
