Description: This is amendment 002 to RFQ-04-0468 which is issued to change the contract type from Firm Fixed Price to Time and Material/ Labor Hour. Offerors shall indicate the labor categories and associated labor rates for each line item. The closing date of the RFQ has change to July 26, 2004 no later than 2:00 p.m. A revised copy of the Statement of Work has been attached. This amendment will provide the answers to questions that were received from perspective Offerors in response to the RFQ.
