Description: This is a notice that the Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-02-G-3046 with Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd., Middlesex, England to procure Interim Support Materials for NACES P3I. Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of NACES and the only known firm that possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
