- This requirement is for the repair/overhaul of F100 Augmentor parts. Divergent Nozzle Segment Assembly NSN: 2840-01-308-4465NZ, P/N 4071142, Convergent Nozzle Segment Liner NSN: 2840-01-308-4467NZ, P/N 4070107, Convergent Nozzle Segment Seal Liner NSN 2840-01-308-4469NZ and Convergent Nozzle Segment Seal Assembly NSN 2840-01-436-9105NZ applicable to the F100PW100/229 engines. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for a one (1) year basic contract period with four one (1) year option periods. The best estimated quantity of Divergent Nozzle Segment Assemblies to be repaired is 314 each for year one, 297 each for year two, 188 each for year three, 252 each for year four and 314 each for year five for an overall total estimated quantity of 1365 each. The best estimated quantity of Convergent Nozzle Segment Liners to be repaired is 380 each for year one, 1353 each for year two, 1181 each for year three, 1407 each for year four and 1473 each for year five for an overall total estimated quantity of 5794 each. The best estimated quantity of Convergent Nozzle Segment Seal Liners to be repaired is 530 each for year one, 1353 each for year two, 960 each for year three, 960 each for year four and 960 each for year five for an overall total estimated quantity of 4763 each. The best estimated quantity of Convergent Nozzle Segment Seal Assemblies to be repaired is 899 each for year one, 1887 each for year two, 1001 each for year three, 1121 each for year four and 1175 each for year five for an overall total estimated quantity of 6083 each, which equates to a five year total estimated amount of $4,345,510.25. The governments required delivery schedule per item is 120 each per month to be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order and reparable asset, whichever is later, and continue at that rate per month thereafter until deliveries are completed. Items will be delivered to FB2039, Tinker AFB. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SAR?s). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SAR?s as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. The currently approved source(s) are Smiths Aerospace Components (formerly Dynamic Gunver Technologies) in Manchester, CT. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contracting office will accept requests for solicitations via fax number (405) 734-8776. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange.
