Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quote (RFQ)-10-04-035-BAC for the provision of Audiologist Services for the Wind River Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Fort Washakie and Riverton, Wyoming. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and subpart 37.4, Nonpersonal Health Care Services (10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253). The contractor will provide direct diagnostic and rehabilitative audiologic services two days a month at eight hours per day for the Arapaho and Fort Washakie Clinics. The contract employees shall be subject to a character investigation as required by Public Law 101-630, Indian Family Violence Prevention Act and Public Law 101-647, Crime Control Act. The contract will be awarded for a 12-month period with four 12-month options.
