- Offutt Air Force Base wishes to repair twelve bus shelters, Project SGBP 04-4021, at this installation. The contractor shall perform all duties to remove and reinstall within the existing framework, all existing Plexiglas with tempered glass. Remove and reinstall the new dome roof, if necessary and remove and refinish the wooden bench backs and seats. This solicitation is solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238150. The small business size standard is $12M employees. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Lack of active registration in CCR database will make a bidder ineligible for this award. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at http://www.eps.gov/. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to USAF offices, Air Combat Command, 55 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. A site visit will be conducted on 30 Jun 2004 at 10:30AM. All contractors needing access onto the base need to meet at the Kenney Gate no later than 0830 for an escort onto the base. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 28 Jun 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents as all documents will be posted on this website.
