Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. Offutt Air Force Base is in need of the installation only of a Sun Ports sun shade and removal of concrete slabs plus installation of new footings. The dimensions of this sun shade is 32 X 35 with a ten foot entry height. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-T-0110 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 30 JunE 2004. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: Maurice.ross@offutt.af.mil . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21 This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 451110. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. CONTRACTORS CCR REGISTRATION MUST BE IN ACTIVE STATUS BY COB 30 JUNE 2004.
