- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 1 Each Service, Repair of ISA (Inertial Sensor Assembly) Module, Per Specifications. The only known source for this requirement is L3 Communications. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis per FAR 6.302-1. Authorized dealers are encouraged to respond. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the soli citation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website listed below on or about 24 June 04 with award anticipated 09 July 04. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 7 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
