This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about July 8, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract consists of providing dump truck cab, chassis, and body designed for snow plow operations. Also includes mounting park owned plow, wing, and sanding gear onto truck. Deliver a completely assembled package ready to use for plowing, sanding, or hauling materials to Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine within 90 days from Notice of Award. NAICS 336120, Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing This solicitation is open to all size businesses. Hard copy bid documents only shall be accepted for this solicitation (no faxed or electronic bid documents will be accepted). Bids must be received at Acadia National Park, P. O. Box 177, Bar Harbor, Maine 04609 by 4:30 PM on August 10, 2004 local prevailing time. A complete bid package shall include three (3) copies of completed SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award, all with original signatures; three (3) copies of bid schedule; and one completed section K, Representations and Certifications. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price related factors included in the solicitation.
