Description

Contractor shall provide FTE to perform necessary open-heart pump services for open-heart surgery and cell saver services. The Perfusionist(s) will be required to perform pre and post operative evaluations. Coverage will be 24/7. Payments for any leave, including any sick leave or vacation time, are the responsibility of the contractor. All services must be performed in accordance with Hines VA policies and procedures and the regulations of the medical staff by-laws of the Hines VA. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
