Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN Myrtle Beach , South Carolina AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,240 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If suitable space cannot be found within the CBD, then the Government will give consideration within city limits. The designated boundaries of the Myrtle Beach, SC CBD are: North: 74th Avenue North South: 10th Avenue North East: Highway 17 Bypass West: Highway 17 Business Required: All services, utilities, supplies, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within or facing the delineated area. Term: Space is required not later that August 1, 2005. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing by July 8, 2004. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable.
