- The original synopsis posted in FedBizOpps on June 9, 2004 is modified as follows: The partial small business set-aside contracts awarded will receive task orders estimated at $250,000 or less. Large Business Offerors and Small Business Offerors, who elect to compete under the full and open competition, shall provide evidence of process maturity in accordance with Internal Revenue Service Acquisition Regulations (IRSAP) clauses and provisions 1052.239-9004, 1052.239-9005 and 1052.239-9006 for software development.
