Description

The SRCC-E intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Webbe, Inc., for Webbe MX Server for Defense Collaboration Tool Suites. Contractor shall supply the following: 2 Webbe MX Server Software (NIPRNET and SIPRNET) - Part # LIC-WEBERV0040; 3,000 Webbe 4.5 Client Seats (1000 SIPRNET seats and 2000 NIPRNET seats for users of those servers) ?????? Part # LIC-WEBCLI0040; 1 Gold support Program (1-Year) ?????? Part # LIC-SUPGLD001. NAICS code for this procurement is 334119. Product shall be a D ISA approved enhancement for the Defense Collaboration Tool Suites for daily use in this headquarters. Product must allow interoperability between several different collaborative tools and include services. This sole source procurement is under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competition. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it is able to meet the requirements may give written no tification to the Contracting Officer within 8 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole s ource negotiation with Webbe, Inc. Responses are due by Tuesday, 29 June 2004, 12:00 p.m. (EST).
