- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote and a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued. 1. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Reference number is F2HQSC41400100 issued as a Request for Quotation. 2. The Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as identified in current GSA Multiple Source Schedule, or NASA IDIQ Contracts on SEWP III for this type of Equipment. 3. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this requirement: 252.229-7006 VALUE ADDED TAX EXCLUSION (United Kingdom) As prescribed in 229.402-70(f), use the following clause: VALUE ADDED TAX EXCLUSION (UNITED KINGDOM)(JUN 1997) The supplies or services identified in this contract are to be delivered at a price exclusive of value added tax under arrangements between the appropriate United States authorities and Her Majesty?s Customs and Excise (Reference Priv 46/7). By executing this contract, the Contracting Officer certifies that these supplies or services are being purchased for United States Government official purposes only. 225.403 TRADE AGREEMENTS ACT ** INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE ONLY** 7. A delivery order shall be awarded to the lowest price offeror offering the BRAND NAME ITEMS and all quantities identified in accordance with (IAW) this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers for less than total quantities and delivery time shall not be considered. Offerors shall propose prices against current GSA/FSS or NASA Scientific and Engeneering Workstation Procurement (SEWP) III contract, whichever is lowest price. No other quotes will be considered. Offerors shall provide details as to Installation, training and warranty services and delivery time offered. In addition, copy of all licensing agreements shall be provided. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT, NO OTHER ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. 8.
