Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to review all existing data on water use and water distribution system operation to characterize the water utility system operation at Fort Sam Houston and conduct a study to pinpoint leakage in the water mains. The period of service will be no later than 30 October 2004. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedu res. Request for W9132T-04-T-0137 will be issued on or about 8 July 2004 with a closing date of 21 July 2004. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Contracting, Champaign Field Office, Attn: Dia ne Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
