Quantity (including option quantity): 77 EA., Option to increase 100% (77 EA) and Incremental Qty Range W/Max 150 EA. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination Information: 53 EA DDSP New Cumberland Facility New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. 10 EA DEF Dist Depot San Diego San Diego CA 92136-5491. 14 EA Def Dist Depot San Joaquin Tracy CA 95304-5000. Delivery Schedule: 77 EA within 365 Days and the balance at the rate of 20 EA every 30 Days Thereafter. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 23 Jul 2004. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304©(1). Approved sources are: Raytheon Co., Div. Missile Systems (15090). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
