Description

This solicitation is being issued as Intent to Award on a sole source basis to LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Washington, DC 20036 for the purchase of print and electronic subscriptions and upkeep services for legal, banking and financial materials. This is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year. Accordingly the SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, LexisNexis. This notice closes on June 25, 2004 at 1:00PM EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUN-2004).
