Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice The Library of Congress, Congressional Research Service requires expert analysis of, and recommendations regarding its system for authoring its written reports and memoranda, and making them available to Congress. This analysis includes the following tasks: (1) analyze and document the current systems, 2) propose alternative systems and provide the associated advantages and disadvantages, and cost estimates of each, (3) present options and review them with CRS managers and staff, (4) develop a draft project implementation plan for the selected alternative, and (5) submit final project implementation plan. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 10:00am in the James Madison Memorial Building LM 223. Registration for the conference is to be made via email to mdexter@crs.loc.gov., all registration are to be made by June 29, 2004.
