PRON: AX2T7137AXAX, NSN: 2840-01-481-0829, PN: 1-101-100-13, Quantity: 4 each, applicable to the T-53 Engine, F.O.B. destination with deliveries to, Secaucus, N.J. The Required delivery with First Article Test Report is 4 each, 390 days after contract aw ard (DACA). The Required delivery without FAT is 4 each, 270 DACA. This item is restricted to Honeywell, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to d raft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the re quired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating t o Source Approval Requests. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solic itation will not close prior to the date stated above.
