Description: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE, TO W914NS-04-Q-0180 IS TO CLARIFY A REQUIREMENT TO THE SPECIFICATION. 1. Amendment number two indicated that the speed for this vessel was relaxed to 25 to 35 knots. This was a mistake. The original requirement of 18 knots as stated in the original specification is the correct minimum requirement. The quote / proposal is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 1 July 2004.
