Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Karen Brooks, 420 Central Park W 6K, New York, NY 10025 to provide expert technical assistance to the Census Bureau's Foreign Trade Division's Automated Export System (AES). Contractor will work the Census employees to make improvements to AES. This task will require the contractor to: review the current AESDirect and by-products thereof, identify problems with the current AESDirect and by products, recommend solutions to make AESDirect more customer friendly, make enhancements to the AESDirect and by-products user guides and assist in marketing the server version of AESPcLink. This is not a request for competitive quotations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct furture competitive procurements. No solicitation will be issued and request for such document will be considered nonresponsive.
