- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential contractors for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide preventative maintenance and inspection services on the building systems at the Fort Peck Service Unit in Poplar, Montana and in Wolf Point, Montana. The location of this project is on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. The requirement will be on two building systems, Verne Gibbs Health Center and Chief Redstone Health Center: System No 1--Maintenance and Inspection of boilers and steam traps. System No 2--Maintenance and inspection of HVAC Controls. System No 3--Maintenance and inspection of major HVAC equipment. This requirement is unrestricted and the contract shall be awarded for a base year with an option to renew for four additional years.
