Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO, TO W914NS-04-Q-0180 IS TO CLARIFY AND RELAX REQUIREMENTS TO THE SPECIFICATION AND TO EXTEND THE DELIVERY DATE. 1. Certification: The vessel will be designed and constructed in accordance with Lloyds of London Register of Shipping for the construction of Special Service Craft or equivalent national maritime standard and a hull certification shall be issued by Lloyds or by the proper maritime agency in the nation of origin. 2. The specification as to speed is relaxed to a range: 25 to 35 knots fully loaded. 3. Delivery is DDU, Port of Umm Qasr. The desired delivery date is 8 months after receipt of the order (ARO) and required delivery date is 11 months ARO. There is an extension for the due date of the quote.
