Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE, TO W914NS-04-Q-0173 IS TO ADD A CERTIFICTION REQUIREMENT TO THE SPECIFICATION AND TO EXTEND THE DELIVERY DATE. 1. Certification: The vessel will be designed and constructed in accordance with Lloyds of London Register of Shipping for the construction of Special Service Craft or equivalent national maritime standard and a hull certification shall be issued by Lloyds or by the proper maritime agency in the nation of origin. 2. Delivery is DDU, Port of Umm Qasr. The desired delivery date is 8 months after receipt of the order (ARO) and required delivery date is 11 months ARO. There is an extension for the due date of the quote. The quote / proposal is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 30 June 2004. The CPA contracting POC is Charles T.
