- NASA SHARED SERVICES CENTER (NSSC) PROCUREMENT ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS NASA is scheduling Offeror 2-hour one-on-one sessions July 12-14, 2004 with potential prime offerors (including the MEO) and their major partners/subcontractors. NASA offers these sessions to give prime offerors the opportunity to provide general comments and suggestions on both the overall NSSC procurement strategy and the draft solicitation. These sessions are for potential prime offerors and their major partners/subcontractors only. (Note: All offerors are still highly encouraged to provide public comments to the draft solicitation by June 18, 2004.) Potential prime offerors will be provided one 2-hour session each. Sessions will be held in the Program Review Center (Room 9H40) at the NASA Headquarters building in Washington DC. The number of offeror attendees (including partners/subcontractors) is limited to 10. We request that interested offerors provide their questions, comments and/or suggestions in writing prior to their schedule session. Interested prime offerors (including the MEO) should contact Ms. Bonnie Cleary at 202-429-8426 or by email at bcleary@mail.hq.nasa.gov by no later than 4:30 p.m. E.S.T. Wednesday, June 23, 2004 to schedule their session and to make the necessary security/badging arrangements to enter NASA Headquarters. The NSSC Team appreciates Offeror input and comments during our market research phase and we encourage your continued participation.
