Description

Refurbishment (repair/overhaul) of the AN/TPS-75 Microwave Assembly, Part Number 612J056G01 on a sole source basis with Continental Microwave and Tool, Inc. 11 Continental Drive, Exeter, NH 03833. Item to worked in accordance with Continental Microwa ve and Tool, Inc. proprietary ??????Procedure and Acceptance Standards Document PSC-247, Acceptance Test Procedure TS-2410 and Technical Order TO 31P3-2TPS75-12 (Section XIV, paragraph 3.14).?????? Exception to these documents will be to have the paint app lied to the item as follows: Primer to be MIL-P-23377. Continental Microwave will perform an initial evaluation of the assemblies within 10 calendar days from receipt of the assemblies form Tobyhanna Army Depot, and complete refurbishment ten days thereaf ter. Refurbishment may require replacement of manifold Continental Microwave and Tool Part Number 1D22439G01 or circulators Continental Microwave Tool Part Number 335D527H04. Base quantity of 2 each assemblies with the option to refurbish an additional 3 each assemblies over a one year contract term. Delivery of the refurbished units shall be FOB Destination, Tobyhanna Army Depot. The North American Industry Classification Code is 811219 an $6 Million. Any information regarding a company's ability to per form this requirement must be received no later than June 22, 2002. Use reference number W25G1V-04-T-0496 in any response provided. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procu rement.
