FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CASTENE BASHAM. YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-L, SHERI BROWN, CONTRACT SPECIALISTS, CASTENE BASHAM, CONTRACTING OFFICER, FAX 256-876-6628. NO TELEPHONE REQU ESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4F0329AX, NSN: 1560-01-124-6169, PN: 70700-20507-042, BASE YR: 2,000 each, (YEAR2 ?????? YEAR5: 1,400 EACH YEAR) applicable to UH-60 (BLACKHAWK). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to TEXARKANA, TX 75507. Required delivery is 2,000 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restric tions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close p rior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
