Description

Indefinite quantity construction term contract for general repairs and alterations to Government-owned and leased facilities in Mercer County and Camden, County and surrounding areas. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision and equipment and tools necessary to perform general repairs and alterations to Government-owned and leased facilities in Mercer County and Camden County New Jersey and surrounding areas. The Government may make multiple awards under the subject solicitation. The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) year with the Government having the option to extend the contract period for four one-year periods. Individual delivery orders will be placed utilizing pre-priced line items as stated in the solicitation. The minimum value of the delivery orders placed will be $1,000.00 and the maximum value of the individual orders will be $25,000.00. The approximate quantity of construction services anticipated to be performed under this contract is $75,000.00 per year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Proposals will be opened privately, therefore the number of proposals received, the identity of offerors and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offeror will not be disclosed. The pre-proposal conference which was scheduled for June 15, 2004 at 10:00 am is rescheduled for June 26, 2004 at 10:00 am and it will still be held in the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse Building at 401 Market Street, 3rd Floor, in Camden, NJ.
