Description

NAICS CODE: 238160 Roofing Contractors. Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to remove approximately 7812 square feet of existing single layer composition shingle roofing and to provide and install approximately 7812 square feet of new interlocking standing seam metal roofing on a single story office building. There will be only one site tour scheduled for July 14, 2004 at 10:00 a.m at USDI BLM Surprise Field Office, 602 Cressler Street, Cedarville, CA. Contact is Ty Williams 530-279-6101 Prospective offers must have a Dunns and Bradstreet number http://www.dnd.com and be registered in CCR prior to award of the RFQ. If your CCR registration is marked incomplete your offer will not be considered. It is your responsibility to register on line at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and associated attachments will be posted electronically on http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ on or about June 28, 2004 and will close July 27, 2004 at 11:59EST. No hard copies will be mailed, all quotes must be received electronically. Period of Performance is 30 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start date is August 16, 2004, estimated end date is September 16, 2004. Davis Bacon Wage Rate will apply to this RFQ. This RFQ is estimated not to exceed $100,000.00 and all awards over $25,000.00 will require 100% payment protection of either an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Payment Bond and will be due within 15 days after award.
