PRON: AX4T6082AX, NSN: 2915-01-114-0833, PN: 719156-2, 20 each, applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78149. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each, 428 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 285 DACA. This item is restricted to HAMILTON SUNSTRAND CORPORATION, CAGE CODE 73030 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it canno t be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. F irms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer w hich shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRA TION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
