Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. RFQ 786-205-04 for the following services: Contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing chain link fencing system and install new PVC coated chain link fence system Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms, and conditions of the contract. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, this construction project?s estimated price range is as follows: Less than $25,000.00. This is a 100% set aside for emerging small business. The NAICS code is 238990. Size standard for a small business is $12 million and for a emerging small business is $6 million. Requests for hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to Paul C. Daugherty, Contract Specialist U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Centralized Contracting Division (41D3A), 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Requests for hard copy must be accompanied by a cashier?s check or money order in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), payable to ?U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.? Please reference solicitation number RFQ 786-205-04 on remittance. Hard copy solicitation will be available on or about June 14, 2004 via the ordinary mail. A copy of the solicitation may be obtained electronically FREE OF CHARGE via VA?s Business Opportunities System or FedBizOpps. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the FedBizOpps on or about June 14, 2004. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 PM, June 30, 2004. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Quoters are advised that they are responsible to obtaining amendments. Numbered Note 1 applies.
