Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401 is seeking Sources for Valet Parking Services at the Medical Center. The average patient load per day is approximately 300 patients. Services will be required Monday thru Friday 7:30am-5:00pm., excluding holidays. Contractor must provide all background investigations for contract employees. Term of the contract is anticipated to be a base year plus two option years, pending availability of funds. The North American Industry Classified System (NAICS) code is 485999 and the size standard is 6 million. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 30, 2004, @ 1:30pm, to determine feasibility of the service. Potential offerors should report to Mr. Patrick Coney in Building 53, the Directors Suite. A drawing of the hospital grounds will be available at that time. Bid packages will be available approximately 2 weeks after the site visit.
