Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to employ a Field Advisor - Program Manager to participate in the management, design, and implementation of the DCHA/OTI program in Sudan. The selected individual will be based in Washington, DC (no moving/relocation expenses will be paid) and will deploy to Sudan (initially at the Nairobi, Kenya office)on an as needed basis. It is anticipated that the selected individual will spend a majority of their time in Kenya and/or Sudan.
