Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 1,210 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 1,050 Ansi Boma Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date will be by March 15, 2005 or earlier if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Beginning at the intersection of County Road 20 (Loree Rd.) and Hwy. 83, continuing along Hwy. 83 to Owassa Rd.; Owassa Rd. to Willie Rogers Rd.; Willie Rogers Rd. to Main St.; Main St. to Knoxville Rd. (including the spur on Brooklyn Rd. from Main St. to Old Greenville Rd. and the spur to County Rd. 29 (Bruner Ave.) Bruner Ave. to Belleville St. Belleville St. to West Front St. from Wild Ave. to Kendall Ave.) Wild Ave. to Rural St. Rural Street to County Rd. 20 (Loree Rd.); Loree Rd. back to Hwy. 83. Unique Requirements: The Government desires space above the ground floor. Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with patron parking on site or within 200 feet of building, and an additional four reserved surfaced parking spaces on site.
