PRON: AX4T1937AX, NSN: 8145-01-128-1842, PN: 21C7301G01, (Base Year: 24 each, Year 2 = 50 each, Year 3 = 50 each, Year 4 = 50 each, Year 5 = 76 each) applicable to UH-60 (T-700). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi TX 78419. Required delivery is 24 each, 417 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 24 each, 278 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data p ackage is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjus ted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Aside are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requ ests for this solicitation will not be honored.
