- THIS DUE DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS EXTENDED UNTIL 6/18/2004. The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) provides training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service community. The School of Applied Information Technology (SAIT) was established as part of FSI in October 1996. SAIT offers courses supporting more than 20 different IT commercial certifications including those from CompTia, Microsoft and Cisco. FSI/SAIT seeks a contractor to deliver the Microsoft Windows 2003 and XP Curriculum, as outlined in the Solicitation schedule. All questions should submitted in writing by no later than June 4, 2004 to Darnese M. Wilkerson at wilkersondm@state.gov. The shipping schedule will be as follows: August 30, 2004 September 30, 2004 November 30, 2004 January 30, 2005 March 30, 2005.
