- DESCP: See numbered note 26. NSN 2910-00-287-1930 Filter Element, Fluid Pressure, FOR ENGINES WITH LIQUID FUEL INJECTION SYSTEMS). DELETE REQUIREMENTS FOR STANDPIPE COATING OR PLATING AS CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 3.2.2.1 OF MIL-F-20627, QPL APPLIES. The items are being procured in accordance with drawing numbers listed below: I/A/W DRAWING NRI/A/W SPEC NR MIL-F-20627B BASIC DTD 10/30/62 AMEND NR 3 DTD 12/19/83 TYPE NUMBER TYPE 2, CLASS 1. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 26248 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The contract is for the base year and up to 4 option years. The required delivery schedule is for up to 6562 each to be delivered within 60 days with an additional 2187 each every 30 days thereafter. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after 06/28/04 ?http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. The drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web site. If drawing is not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L11D02 Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, and buyer name and number. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation.
