- The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to procure, as a 100% small business set aside, Distributed Learning Education and Training Products utilizing the latest digital technology for developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) web-based courseware to play in a standalone mode over the Internet, via CD-ROM and DVD. Products will be provided for HQ Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), TRADOC Centers and Schools and other Army agencies. The ordering period is one year from da te of award with options for four additional ordering periods. NAICS Code 339999 applies. Size Standard is 500 employees. Anticipate award of multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with firm fixed price delivery orders. Subje ct solicitation will be posted on NRCC website: http://www.aca-nrcc.eustis.army.mil under Business Opportunities and in FedBizOpps o/a 19 July 2004, closing 60 days thereafter.
