Description

This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation number W9124Q-SHELTERS-TRAILERS for commercial items for the fabrication of General Purpose Instrumentation Vans, Shelters and Trailers. Attachment FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Com mercial Items (Oct 2003), paragraphs (10) and (11) have been combined and revised and (11) has been deleted. Attachment FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), second paragraph, last line has been deleted, Technical Merit color codes have bee n added, and weights have been added to all subfactors. Purchase Description attachment, paragraph 3.2.2.2, last line, the word exiting has been corrected to read existing. FAR clause 52.216-19 Order Limitations (Oct 1995), paragraphs (b)(1) and (2) have been revised. This clause can be found at attachment that reads FAR Clauses Incorporated in Full Text. A Question and Answer attachment has been added to our website at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm, to answer questions that were r eceived by prospective offerors by the due date of June 1, 2004. Response date for this requirement remains the same, no later than 2:00 pm (MST) on June 23, 2004. All required submittals are due electronically to Evangelina Vara at varae@wsmr.army.mil, no later than 2:00 pm (MST) on June 23, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUN-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
