This document does not constitute an ammendment. It is only a posting of questions and answers (Q & A). 1. Q: Is there a bidder’s list? A: The EPS software does not support a bidder’s list. Consequently no such document or list exists. 2. Q: Who is the person or entity currently performing the contract? A: No one is currently performing this contract. However, the last contractor was Maria Endris. MKM Enterprises 7015 95th St NW 3. Q: What are the main differences between the old and new statements of work? A: None 4. Q: What was the old contract amount or price? A: $76 per unit. A unit is defined in paragraph 4. of the SOW as 4 hours. 6. Q: Can my quote be faxed of emailed? A: Either method is acceptable, though a mailed copy is preferred.
