U.S. Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration, Office of Contracts and Procurement, DMA-30, Room 7104, 400 7th St., SW, Washington, DC 20590 C—ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR THE NATIONAL PIPELINE MAPPING SYSTEM (NPMS) NATIONAL REPOSITORY Solicitation: DTRS56-04-R-0001AA, DUE: June 30, 2004 POC: ROBYN ZELLARS, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, (202) 366-1951; E-MAIL: ROBYN.ZELLARS@RSPA.DOT.GOV The purpose of this amendment #2 to the National Pipeline Mapping System Solicitation- DTRS56-04-R-0001AA is to announce that the FAR has implemented a substantive change to FAR Part 36.702(b) effective June 8, 2004, requiring the submission of SF 330, instead of SFs 254 and 255 for A&E procurements. An SF #330 is not required for FedBizOpps announcements published before June 8, 2004. Therefore, a vendor who responds to Solicitation No. DTRS56-04-R-0001AA may submit either the SF 254 & SF 255 forms or the SF 330 form. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUN-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
