- Description
- Financial Management Service (FMS) is requesting quotations from vendors to acquire Real-Time Defrag software maintenance. Software resides on an IBM mainframe with 449 MIPS located in Hyattsville, MD. Software Maintenance to include technical support, access to case database, service packs, new releases and enhancements. Performance period is from June 30, 2004 through June 29, 2005. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to FMS, 3700 East West Highway, Hyattsville, MD 20785. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. All interested parties are requested to submit a written quotation that will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, business size, delivery terms, proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, and any prompt payment discount terms. If items are available under a Government Wide Acquisition Contract, please provide the contract number. Quotations are due by 1PM (EST) 06/14/2004.
