- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about June 23, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated price range is $10,000 to $25,000.The NAICS code is 238140. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitations and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. The work of this contract consists of patching existing damaged cast stone with JAHN M70 limestone/sandstone repair mortar. Repair joints with JAHN M110 historic pointing mortar, seal existing cracks in cast stone with JAHN M30 micro-injection grout. Remove all loose concrete and patch to match profile. Refasten loose letters to the cornice. Contractor shall properly remove all debris. Contractor must indicate training and experience in application of Jahn M30 Micro-injection Grout by Cathedral Stone Products, Inc. or equal. The location of the work to be performed is Ryan Center, Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, NY 11234. An organized site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2004, at 10 a.m. at the Ryan Center, Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, NY 11234.
